language translations of Government Contracts

Translating Government Contracts or even Government or Education type RFP's (Requests for Proposal) can be tedious to most small business, such that they will simply not do it. RFP's always have strict deadlines. So any given company bidding on the project must have their proposal submitted by the given date or miss out, no exceptions. For this reason layered with pages of low level details on large convoluted projects that inherit large complicated words, 98% of RFP's are not translated into any other language. This means that only companies with large capacity to have linguists on hand at a moments notice will be able to bid on many otherwise missed opportunities. Government contracts (many times started out as or referred to as RFP's) usually hold the largest amount of value and revenue over any other type of lead or potential business income. This means many small businesses are missing out on the largest chunk of change to be had, they do not or can't afford the time to interpret or translate the in depth documents that sometimes consists of hundreds of pages with deadlines of only weeks. So only the big boys are getting what they already do not need, tons of money! Verizon and other large telecom companies go after RFP's in bidding wars. A lot of the time they also offer up huge bonuses for their account executives or account teams to come out on top. If you want your small business to be able to take advantage of some huge opportunities then you need your own liaison for these contracts. Your business can submit one after another RFP all year long. It will not be anything more then a waste of time if you do not win one because these companies, you submit to, are never going to reply back to you with advise on what you did wrong. A translation expert with Multiple Interpreters can quickly interpret or even translate these type of documents for you or your small business.
